  • Notice to Downtown Association Members

DTA_LOGOIt has come to our attention that the California State Board of Equalization (BOE) plans to visit businesses in our area as part of the Statewide Compliance and Outreach Program (SCOP). The BOE will visit businesses throughout the state to ensure they have all required permits and licenses.  The visits are also an opportunity for business owners to learn more about the state’s tax laws and regulations and to ask questions about any BOE programs. If you have questions regarding the upcoming visits, any tax and fee programs the BOE administers, or permit requirements, please visit www.BOE.CA.gov or contact SCOP Supervisor Chantale Sawaya at (408) 938-7779.

  • Meet Our Newest Downtown Ambassadors

The team also welcomes tourists to the area, communicates with business owners and staff, and keeps our streets clean.  Downtown Ambassadors are dressed in brightly colored red shirts with the “Downtown Ambassador” logo on it.  Our newest Downtown Ambassadors are Courtney Caldwell and Matt Avila.  Read More
