a committee member, but either wish to address the committee or sit in on
a meeting, please contact the office to verify the meeting date, time and
place. All Downtown Association committee meetings are open to the public.
Note:
All committee action is ADVISORY to the Downtown Association Board of Directors
and does not become policy until and unless it is approved by the Board. A quorum
is necessary for a committee to take action.
